Type of Information Collected
As a Service Contract Administrator, we collect personal data about the Service Contract Holder from information received from the selling dealer, financing source, or the Service Contract Holder on applications or other forms. This information can include your name, address, telephone number, email address, finance information, vehicle description or other information required in order to complete your Service Contract Application;
Reasons and With Whom We May Share your Personal Information
As a Service Contract Administrator, we need to share customer(s) information to run our everyday business, for example; to process your application, maintain your account(s), to determine eligibility in order to process claim(s) or to fulfill our duties under the Service Contract(s). This requires that our employees have access to customer information, however, they may only use this information for legitimate business purposes.
On occasion we may be required to provide personal information about you to law enforcement or other governmental and regulatory officials. We may be required to disclose information in response to court orders or legal investigations.
Protection of Information
To protect your personal information, we maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard the Service Contract Holder’s non public information. We do not disclose any non public personal information concerning customers, former customers and other non-customers with any non affiliated third parties.
We do not disclose any non-public information about the Service Contract Holder to anyone, except as permitted by law.
